When there is a shortage of rooms, credit card information is required for guarantee. Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation or change is not allowed. If you fail to check in, we are authorized to charge the room rate to your credit card.
For Bookings with check-in date during the Canton Fair(between April 14th to May 5th and October 14th to November 5th ), credit card information is required for guarantee. If Room Rate rising range is very large, the Room Rate are subject to the final confirmed price. Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation or change is not allowed.
